Wetherspoons Anti-Sharia Notice
I am not sure why a muslim was in a pub anyway but he was 'offended' by the suggestion that if a muslim is unhappy in the UK and wants sharia law then perhaps they should leave and go to a country where it is law.

Wetherspoons should be commended.

I used to live about 2 miles from that pub, I wouldn't even take my dog there, 'family pub'

Full of low life dossers, it's heaving during the day, and you think where do they get there money from?

yes the poster is conforontational but the message is not take the swearing out i don't see the problem if you are not happy you don't live somewhere If i was not happy say in Dubai because of the culture i would leave and come back to the UK? If i constantly moaned to my MP in Dubai that i want rights like drinking on the street and eating pork they would tell me to fuck off back to the UK wouldn't they? why r we always apologizing

Re: Wetherspoons Anti-Sharia Notice
Doesn't 'sharia' mean 'law'?

So sharia law = law law = daft.

Sharia on its own will do.

That article is a goldmine.
"We only had thirty minutes for lunch, but were both so angry that we got up and left before having our sandwiches."

Re: Wetherspoons Anti-Sharia Notice
Whilst many will have sympathy with the content of the note, very few Muslims are terrorists and this note should not have been put there. However I do agree that anyone who doesn't like us or our country shouldn't be here. When you are here, you must accept our laws and respect our culture!

Re: Wetherspoons Anti-Sharia Notice
Plenty of Muslims in pubs, they don't necssarily drink alchohol though.

SOME of them will have lunch and socialise like anyone else.

The poster did make me laugh though.
